Background:

ADAPT (Able Disable All People Together) is an NGO founded by Dr. Mithu Alur. It has a school in Colaba, Mumbai that imparts education to children with developmental disorders.

The Kishinchand Chellaram Educational Trust (KCET), in 1998, started a computer centre in this school by the name “The Kishinchand Chellaram Computer Centre” to provide basic computer skills to these differently abled children.

Impact:

The centre has 7 computers and 2 teachers to counsel and train the students. Every year around 100 students benefit from this program.
