Educating the blind students provides them with an opportunity to live life independently without being a liability to the society. Help the Blind Foundation was formed in 2005 with the sole objective of sponsoring college education of visually impaired students across India.
Kishinchand Chellaram Educational Trust has pledged to support the education of 100 blind students every year through Help the Blind Foundation.
Till date Kishinchand Chellaram Educational Trust has helped 217 visually impaired students to continue their education.
